You'll get information on any transactions, item not as described returns or item not received requests that were included in your service metrics calculation for the previous month.

Over time, most sellers will get some returns or item not received requests despite doing everything right. Don't worry though, as long as your rates of item not as described returns or item not received requests are not significantly higher than your peers, your seller metrics won't be adversely affected.
